I am 6 month post op , had tubular breasts so I had an augmentation, uplift & fat transfer. I have recently found out I’m pregnant I’m now 12 weeks , never had any issues with my breasts until now. I’ve woke up with a burning/stinging pain on the side and underneath on my right breast. I do sleep on my right side so I’m wondering if I’ve slept on it funny or could it be hormonal due to the fact I’m pregnant and my surgery wasn’t long ago.

Your one breast is moving more to the outside of your chest when you lay down. If you want, the pocket can be tightened to minimize this movement. Some lateral movement is normal when you lay down.
Yes, you will need implants and a lift to get the fullness that you want and to correct the sagging. I would caution about going too large with implants, or you will sag again.
